My fitness journey began more than 10 years ago, when I was in my teenage years. I began my athlete career in track and field as a sprint runner. Later on, I transitioned into long jump and triple jump. The training was intense and demanding, but my love for sports and the joy it gave me was worth it. I'd say I was pretty good at it too, leaving almost all competitions with a medal.
My workouts are varied and suitable for everyone. It is important that you identify your body's strengths and weaknesses, and take an extra 10 minutes at the end of your workout to focus on the latter.
